The platform offers a hassle-free solution by providing fast, same-day estimates, project management, and renovations, all with zero upfront costs—homeowners only pay once their property is sold.

Creative Approach:

Partinering with Quickframe, we developed a two-part video series tailored for real estate agents and home sellers to highlight Curbio’s unique offerings. Each video was designed to address the specific needs and pain points of its target audience, while promoting the ease and value of using Curbio’s platform.

1. Agent-Focused Video:

This 30-second explainer video targets real estate agents, showing how Curbio’s fast, no-strings-attached estimates can help agents win more listings. The narrative showcases how the Curbio app streamlines the estimate process, connecting agents with home improvement consultants quickly and providing a comprehensive blueprint for increasing property value. Dynamic visuals such as changing home exteriors and rising value meters emphasize how agents can use Curbio’s services to impress clients and boost listings.

2. Seller-Focused Video:

The 45-second explainer video for sellers focuses on how Curbio’s hassle-free process makes it simple for homeowners to increase their property value before a sale. It highlights the uncertainties sellers face when choosing improvements and contractors, presenting Curbio as the reliable solution with a proven track record. We used animated visuals to demonstrate how Curbio’s project managers and contractors work efficiently to achieve a 60% faster turnaround and a 215% ROI. The video reinforces Curbio’s no upfront cost policy, appealing directly to sellers’ concerns about affordability.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
