Qstream for pharmaceutical sales teams video case study

Qstream is an innovative platform developed at Harvard Medical School that delivers microlearning through mobile devices to increase knowledge retention and drive essential skills for sales teams. It’s clinically proven to boost information retention by up to 170%, making it a powerful tool for pharmaceutical companies aiming to enhance their sales performance.

Creative Approach:

For this project, we developed a storyboard and script that showcased the daily challenges faced by pharmaceutical sales teams. The video used engaging visuals and dynamic animation to illustrate how Qstream integrates seamlessly into the reps’ workflow, delivering brief Q&A challenges that are easy to engage with and designed to maximize retention. We highlighted the platform’s key features, such as performance heatmaps and coaching dashboards, to demonstrate how Qstream provides actionable insights for managers, helping them focus their efforts where it’s needed most.

To ensure the video’s messaging aligned with the customer journey, we planned to test different hooks and calls-to-action, adjusting them based on audience response to optimize the marketing impact.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
