Foodnectet is a non-profit organization dedicated to building sustainable and ethical food systems by connecting small-scale producers, local consumers, and nature. Their mission is to empower communities to create fair, transparent, and sustainable food supply chains.
We developed an animated explainer video for Foodnectet to communicate their mission and engage diverse audiences. The video emphasized the importance of sustainable practices, fair pricing, and local food sourcing while highlighting the impact consumers can have by joining Foodnectet’s communities of practice (COPs).
The animation style was dynamic, reflecting the energy and passion of those involved in sustainable food movements. The video aimed to evoke an emotional response from viewers, inspiring them to take action and join the movement for a fairer and more connected food system.
The video successfully conveyed Foodnectet’s message, helping to increase engagement on their platform and driving new membership sign-ups. It also showcased how effective nonprofit video production can be in telling powerful stories that raise awareness and drive meaningful action.
