We developed a three-part video series highlighting the core services Prialto offers and how they simplify everyday business operations. Each video was tailored to address specific pain points and demonstrate the proactive support that Prialto’s assistants provide.
1. CRM Management Video:
This video emphasized how Prialto Assistants handle the tedious work of CRM management, such as entering, organizing, and updating data. The narrative highlighted how Prialto frees up salespeople’s time, allowing them to focus on closing deals rather than administrative tasks.
2. Email Management Video:
We illustrated the impact of email overload on executives, emphasizing that it consumes around 750 hours per year. The video showed how Prialto’s perfected process helps executives reclaim their time by managing their inboxes, responding to non-essential messages, and prioritizing action items.
3. Calendar Management Video:
This video focused on the complexities of scheduling and managing multiple meetings, highlighting how Prialto Assistants streamline the process. The video demonstrated how Prialto personalizes calendar management to align with clients’ preferences and goals, ensuring optimal use of time.
